It should be noted that these important documents were signed at the initiative of the trade union side, which, according to Iosif Eliovich, as before, guarantees one of the main rights of employees, which is the right to participate in the management of the organization. In his welcoming speech, Iosif Eliovich emphasized: "Over the past nine years, the social partnership system in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region in the healthcare sector has become one of the best in our country. It is a continuation of the social partnership vertical that begins with the General Agreement between trade unions and the Russian government, the Sectoral Agreement between the Central Committee of the Russian Union of Healthcare Workers, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and other federal agencies, and continues with the Tripartite Agreements of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. Based on our agreements, collective agreements are concluded in medical organizations."
CG5A2003 The trade union leader of healthcare workers noted the contribution of social partners in the form of government agencies to the work on the agreements, calling their signing a "moment of truth."
In turn, the healthcare leaders of the two regions paid tribute to the trade union and its role in the modern medical community. "The Interregional Organization of the Trade Union is a crystal that unites everyone and protects the labor and rest of our employees, and participates in the development of medical institutions," said Andrey Sarana.
CG5A2005 Alexander Zharkov emphasized the importance of the event and stated that it is thanks to the trade union that every healthcare worker can directly influence the work of their medical institution. "When the healthcare system faces the global challenges set by our president, we must be a united team. And here, the key role belongs to the trade union. Today's event is a testament to this," said Alexander Zharkov.
